Warranty Terms & Conditions

To initiate a warranty claim with Need For Build, promptly contact us upon discovering any issues. Our team will arrange an inspection to assess the problem. If we determine that a valid claim exists, we will, at our discretion, repair, re-install, or replace the defective product. This warranty is based on the assumption of normal and reasonable use of our products. It does not cover damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to overloading, impact, improper maintenance, natural events, or unauthorized tampering by third parties. Please note that any tampering or modifications made by individuals other than authorized Need For Build personnel will void this warranty.

Our warranty process is designed to ensure your satisfaction and the longevity of your outdoor living spaces. We are committed to addressing any valid concerns promptly and professionally. To facilitate a smooth claim process, we recommend keeping detailed records of your purchase, installation, and any maintenance performed. If a product requires replacement and the original item is no longer available, Need For Build reserves the right to substitute a product of comparable quality and functionality. It’s important to understand that replacing a product does not extend or renew the original warranty period. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to our long-term workmanship warranties, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 30 days of project completion, our installation fails to meet our quality specifications and we are unable to rectify the issue within 90 days of notification, we will provide a complete refund of your purchase price. Please note, that this guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction with chosen colors, styles, products, or the purchase price.

To initiate a claim, please contact us within these 30 days, detailing the specific concerns. Our team will assess the situation and, if necessary, make the required adjustments to meet your expectations. This guarantee applies to workmanship and materials provided by Need For Build, assuming normal use and maintenance. It excludes issues arising from external factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
